valentine blues

There is a day that comes around once a year, a day that either has a whole bunch people jumping for joy or a whole bunch of people trying to hide and forget that the day even exists, that's right everybody I m talking about the oh so mushy Valentines day...
I personally use to be one of those people that would runaway and hide and thought why can't I be one of those people who are happy when valentines day comes around, I personally know how it sometimes even bites to the core to see your friends who are in relationships on this day, but let me tell you something that I have come to realize, after a few years after high school, I have come to find... if you let yourself feel lonely, you will stay lonely (in other words, go and do something about it) now I am not saying go find a relationship... I am saying that you are not the only single person around go find the other single people and hang out with them and talk to them, I also strongly believe that valentine's day is not only a day for couples but it can be for the people you love (like your mother and father or siblings and friends) you can express your love and appreciation for them. I hope my words settle some of the hard feelings that some have for valentines day and cheer up buttercup the man or woman will come around that corner whether your expecting it or not, even when your looking or not, just know when it is them and the right corner, I hope if anybody is reading this post that you don't think it's too corny.

It's Time To Have A Come To Jesus Talk

Dear Friends,
I have been lately thinking about religion, now I know this is a very risky and touchy topic for a blog, and might get a little flak for it, But at this point flak never hurt or even fazed me a bit, I have my opinions and everybody has and is entitled to their own opinion, And anyone who tells you other wise is selling something.
Now about religion, I believe that there is a god and I believe he sent his son to die for not only my sins but he died for everyone's sins so we wouldn't have to die for our own, I know that he not only cares but he loves everyone no matter how messed up they are.
I believe that I can be forgiven for my mistakes and my misgivings, I believe in the atonement process and think that it is a marvelous gift.
The reason I bring this up is because I hear TOO MANY stories about people getting ridiculed for their religion, even I have been humiliated for being in the religion that I am in and once had strayed away from religion because of it...  I have come back realizing that was a mistake becoming inactive I now know so little because of that phase in my life . I believe if someone wants to have religion ( That is completely their CHOICE)... and has to be theirs, it's none of anyone's business nor is it anyone's place to say that someone is believing the wrong thing, and if they want to change their religion because they feel that they have found something better (So be it )  that is their choice not anyone else's.
So my friends if you feel that you are being persecuted for religion it's because the persecutors don't have the understanding that you have.
So everyone I'm Aimee I'm a singer, I'm a dancer, I'm a actress but most of all I'm A MORMON

stinky refregerator!!!

what I have noticed when you move out is that you tend to buy a lot of food you don't eat, example: I was talking to a cousin who lives in an apartment complex across the street from my apartment, she told me that her and her roommates decided to count how many bags of pasta they had, (they had 25 bags of pasta) I can't even fathom how you get to a number like that, which got me thinking about the horrible smell in the fridge, so I was talking to my other roommate she also told me about the horrible which got me thinking it wasn't just me who smelled it, so my roommate and I looked through or fridge to discoverer that we had almost expired food that we made and didn't eat, needless to say what we found was disgusting!!!, so a little word of caution to you all, if you make something eat it and eat it soon or throw it out, don't let it fester and grime and mold it self up in your brand new pots and pans, well thanks for reading if you guys have any questions do comment.
happy readings to you all.

why are you using the basket as a strainer!

The first week after high school my best friends and I moved out of our homes into an apartment together with the idea that this would be a piece of cake... I couldn't have been more wrong. this was a roller coaster we got on and thought everything is going to go smoothly... nope wrong again. now don't get me wrong moving out is great and everyone should try it but it doesn't hurt to get a little warning ahead of time so I am going to be posting about the little things that can happen when things don't go as planned.
As everyone knows when you're living on your own and not making a high income you eat pasta a lot hence the saying" the freshman ten" in other words means you gain weight from all the cheap junk food.
The first day we moved out we were absolutely exhausted from moving boxes through a not so easy to maneuver parking lot and up 3 flights of stairs, and after moving boxes... well the last thing you want to do is cook, but were determined to make a somewhat decent dinner so we thought and thought and then it hit us (PASTA!) a simple yet a decent dinner idea and we had only 4 packages of it and said why not.
So we began to make it in our big pot in which we were proud to own and finally it got to the point where it was time to strain the water, we realized we had no strainer!, NOTE: earlier in the day I pulled some small baskets with little slits in it out of one of my boxes and exclaimed how I didn't know what to do with it.
my roommate saw the basket and jokingly said we should use it as a strainer and then went with the idea to use it as a strainer and "oh hunny Let me tell you" small baskets with little slits make great strainers.
So if you find your self strainerless do not fret there is always something around your apartment or home that can do the job.
if anyone has any questions do feel free to comment and I will answer them to the best of my ability.
sincerely aims.
